Personalized Baby Name Plaque with Date

Looking for a personalized, handmade baby, birthday, baptism, christening gift? Look no further than my unique ceramic plaque adorned with a name, date and design. A loop of ribbon on the back allows you to hang this keepsake plaque on any wall or you can choose to use it on a flat surface as a trinket dish.
MATERIAL: This name plaque is handmade from a free form piece of low-fire, creamy white clay. I form and stamp each one in my hand so no 2 are alike.
GLAZE: The name & date will be colored with your choice of glaze from the chart shown. There is a clear glaze over the piece (except for the foot/bottom)-it is a food safe glaze. You can note a different design color if you want something other than what is shown in the listing images and designs chart. (i.e. a plum teddybear). The bunny with a dress, trio of flowers and birdie on branch are also design options.
SIZE: The custom plaque measures appx 5.5"
USES: It is food safe glaze, but this plaque/dish is good for displaying in the nursery to holding hair bows on the bureau.
It will be lovingly gift boxed in a brown kraft pin-striped box & tied with cream cross grain ribbon. It will be shipped via regular USPS mail from a smoke and pet free home/studio.
