Personalized Baby Birth Certificate Plaque

Commemorate the birth of a new baby with a handmade ceramic birth certificate plaque. This is the perfect new baby gift! The keepsake tile will be adorned with a cute design of your choice along with the baby's name, birth date, weight and/or length and time (if you want that too). Choose 1 color for text and design or multiple colors. Your handmade tile will hang from a black wire.
MATERIAL: This sweet square birth plaque is handmade from a piece of low-fire, creamy white clay. I stamp each one in my hand so no 2 are alike.
GLAZE: The name & date will be colored with your choice of glaze from the chart shown. There is a clear glaze over the piece (except for the foot/bottom). You can note a different design color if you want something other than what is shown in the listing images and designs chart. (i.e. a plum teddybear) The Chickadee, unicorn and baby feet are options shown in photos and not on the chart.
SIZE: The plaque measures appx 4.5", but may vary if I need additional room for the text.
It will be lovingly gift boxed in a brown kraft pin-striped box & tied with cream cross grain ribbon. Shipping is included in the price and it will be shipped via regular USPS mail. I do offer shipping direct to the recipient (put their address in ship to at checkout) with a note from you- include your short note (1 line only please) with the dish details in message to seller.
